- Take 1 tbsp of baking powder.
- You need 1 cup of Fine Aata. (Ghar wala).
- Use Half of cup cornflour.
- Get 1/3 tbsp of salt.
- Get 1 of tbdp red chilli.
- Get of Chilled water for making batter.
- Provide of For Dressing:2 cucumber.
- Use 1 of large tomato.
- Provide of Salad patta or cabbage.
- Use 5 Slice of cheese.
- Take of For Sauce: 2 tbsp mayonese.
- Use 4 tbsp of chilli garlic sauce.
- Get 2 of crushed cloves of garlic.
Instructions to make Zinger Burger :
- Sb se pehly chicken ke piece ko lmbai ke rukh Normal size ke 5 fillets kaat lein. Boht moty ni hony chahiyen.
- Ab in chicken fillets ko garlic powder,namk,black pepper,red crushed chilli flakes,soya sauce and chilli sauce lagake 1 and half hrs ke liey marinate hony ke liey fridge mn rakh dein.
- Is doran dried mixture bana ke rakh lein. Bowl mn aata corn flour BP or nmk or lal mirch add kar ke isy achi trah mix kar ke rakh lein. Aik separate plate mn crushed Lays or bread crumb ka mixture bana ke rakh lein.
- Sauce ke liey bowl mn 2 tbsp mayonese or 4tbsp chilli garlic sauce or crushed garlic dal ke achy se mix kar lein. Sauce is ready.
- Ab chicken ko 1 and half hour ke baad fridge se nikal lein. Jo dried batter bnaya tha usko full chilled water se aik normal consistency ka batter bana lein. Jo boht thick na ho. Chicken fillet ko one by one pehly liquid batter mn dip karein or phir bread crumb and lays mixture se both sides ko achi trh coating karein. Or sb fillets ko coating krny ke baad 20 mins ke liey freezer mn rakh dein.
- After 20 mins. Oil ko full gram kar lein. Or is full oil mn one by one chikn ko fry karein. Pehly 2 minut full flame py fry karein or phir flame ko medium se b thora km kar dein. Each side ko 5 5 minut ke liey pkaen.
- Tip: after frying the chicken isy tissue ya newspaper py na rakhen. Blky kisi stainer mn rkhti jaen ta ke oil khud e niklta jaey. Is se yh crisoy rahengy. Soggy ni hongy
- Finaly buns ko grill pan py ya tawey py gram karein. Sb se pehly sauce lgaen. Us ke uper cabage leaf rkhen. Phir chicken piece rkhen or us py cheese slice and tomato cucumber rkhen ke bread se cover kar dein. Now delicious crispy Zingar burgur is ready for Eat😊 Jazak-Allah
