  • Peel and mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl. Grind bread slice in a mixture. Add it in mashed potatoes and mix salt and red chilli flakes. Knead it like a dough.
  • Wash poha and drain in a sieve and let the water be drained. Transfer it in a bowl.
  • Coarsely grind peanuts and mix in poha. Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilli and ginger. Mix salt and garam masala. Mix it thoroughly with your hands.
  • Now make small balls of mixture.
  • Now take a small portion of potato dough and make a ball. Flatten it on your palm and put one poha ball in it and cover the sides in centre making balls. Flatten it and make round kachori.
  • Likewise make all the kachoris.
  • Heat oil in a karahi and put 2 to 3 kachori at a time and deep fry till golden brown colour.
  • Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
